How does a subscription work?
With a Coolblue subscription, you get a high-quality dryer that always works for a fixed amount per month. With free repairs or replacements, so you're never without a dryer. After 1 year, you can cancel the subscription for free. We'll then pick up the dryer. A subscription isn't an installment payment, so the product remains Coolblue's property.
Is a subscription a kind of payment in installments?
No, a subscription isn't a way to pay in installments, but you make a lease payment to Coolblue. Coolblue remains the owner of the product for the duration of the subscription.
How does payment for a subscription work?
You first pay one-time startup costs via our website. These costs vary between € 49 and € 199, depending on the product. You then pay a fixed amount every month. After reserving the subscription, you'll receive an email with instructions for a symbolic payment of € 0.10. This step is necessary to save your preference for the monthly payment method. You can choose a credit card (VISA and Mastercard) or PayPal.
What if my dryer breaks?
If the dryer breaks, you can contact Customer Service. We'll make sure it'll be repaired or replaced within 48 hours. No need to worry about warranty terms and repair costs.
What is the minimum term of a subscription?
You always rent the dryer for at least 12 months. You can then cancel your subscription monthly. Coolblue will then collect the product from you for free and process it in an environmentally friendly manner.
