What's a fixed price for solar panels?
Forfait is a tax you have to pay over the maximum power you're going to generate with your solar panels. The Dutch Tax Administration will charge this tax up to 15,000Wp. In this article, we'll explain what this means and what you'll have to pay.
What is forfait?
You have to pay taxes to the Dutch Tax Administration over the power you generate. We call this forfait. Based on the amount of power you generate (Watt-peak), you have to pay an amount. You'll only have to pay this once, and you can't reclaim it. In the following table, you'll see the amount of forfait per Watt-peak.
Forfait overview
Generation capacity in Watt-peak | Forfait |

0-1000 | € 20 |

How much do you pay?
The amount you have to pay depends on the amount of power your solar roof generates. For example, do you have solar panels that generate 3500Wp all together? You'll pay € 80 just once. Do you have any questions about forfait and how much you have to pay? Feel free to contact us.
