I have medium length thick hair. You can set it for thin to thick hair. For thick hair, the curlers need to be warmer, so they take longer to heat up. The curlers are then quite warm. Because I have medium length hair, the supplied thick rollers are actually a bit too thick. The medium size is a nice size for me. Because I don't use the thick rollers, I actually don't have enough rollers.

It also takes some skill to screw in the rollers and once you have done that you can secure them with the supplied plug or clamp. The clamps work best for me, but there are not enough of these for all rollers.

The end result is a bit messy for me and not really natural. Normally I use a hair dryer curling brush and this also takes me a while, but when I'm done I'm satisfied.

I have tested this device and will not make a purchase.

I am pleasantly surprised. The babyliss ceramic rollers are easy to use, although they do take a little longer than a normal curling iron. The rollers are easy to use with long hair, short hair is a bit more difficult, but it is possible (then it becomes a bit more stroke than real curls). If you use a lot of rollers, they are a bit heavy on the head. I found it very unfortunate that there are not enough clamps for all rollers, this is inconvenient. Pins are also included, but I find them very inconvenient to use. The pins cause dents in the curls, making them less even. I would find it more convenient if there were as many clamps as rollers. So this is a downside for me. Other than that, I think it's a useful product and fun to try!

The rollers heat up well and I usually use the warmest setting, which gives me the best results. The setting option for the temperature gives the possibility to also use lower temperatures, but that clearly gives me less good results.
The hairs do not become static through use and the rollers themselves are not static, which is quite nice.
This Babyliss curl set has a beautiful design and if you are ready for a new curl set, the design is the first invitation to consider your purchase.
Yet it comes down to the real effect and you could only try the Babyliss curl set for a few weeks first. That makes your choice a lot easier.
I have had a curling set myself for years and this Babyliss curling set is therefore not the first set in the house. Every day there are curls in my normally so straight hair and that is why I make quite demands on the set.
There are various sizes of rollers, but the rollers screw in easily. They are not heavy and relatively light.
It is also very easy to get the rollers in and out of the base station.
Removing the rollers from my hair doesn't always go well for me.
I understand that the rollers have to be firmly in the hair, but they can be removed after a while.
That takes some effort with the result that various rollers make my hair fluff when removing these rollers. Especially the smaller rollers have this effect more than the large ones.
In that respect, the final result is a bit more work than expected, but if you want to be beautiful, you will have to do something for it.
