Second Chance TP-Link Archer AX10

Purchased for 2 reasons: Better WiFi coverage than Proximus BBOX3 and Parental Control (mainly because of the possibility to set the daily duration of internet use for all devices linked to a specific user).
As for the former, I can be clear: the AX10 delivers comparable performance to the BBOX3. Sometimes a slightly better signal quality but certainly no further range. Those looking for this can save costs and invest better in a mesh system. With regard to the latter, it should be mentioned that the AX10 does not (yet) offer mesh support.
It is also noticeable that uploading photos on an Android smartphone to a Synology NAS on the same network via WiFi is extremely slow. The same action via the BBOX3 is on average 5x faster.
As for the parental controls, this is also a huge setback. If you set a specific time period for all devices linked to a certain user (for example, 3 hours a day), this will soon be used up in practice. Reason: modern devices such as tablets and smartphones have apps running in the background that connect to servers (google, facebook, samsung, ...) on the internet. This often happens without the user actively working on his/her device, but is deducted from the allocated internet. So worthless unless the user keeps switching his/her WiFi on and off.
There is also a bedtime setting with separate settings for week and weekend. You just don't know whether Friday evening and Sunday evening belong to the week setting or weekend setting. But it doesn't wake up anyway. Have set that internet access should be lost after 22h but Setting does nothing.
Furthermore, you do not have the Trend Micro security on this router as part of HomeCare. The more expensive AX50 would have this.
MAC address filtering (white list) sometimes fails. Doesn't always work the first time with the only solution to remove the device that was previously already in the white list and add it again.
When you work with a white list, this also applies to the guest WiFi, which somewhat detracts from the ease of use of a guest WiFi.
Received a new firmware update since yesterday but it still does not solve the above problems.
