In the BK Brilliant Wok 28cm, you can healthily prepare stir-fry vegetables and meat strips thanks to the PFAS-free non-stick coating. That's because the pan is free from harmful chemical substances and has a ceramic coating. This means you won't have to use much oil or butter while you cook and your ingredients won't stick to the pan. You can use the pan on all heat sources, including an oven up to 160°C. That's useful in case you want to keep your dish warm a little longer. Thanks to the high edge, your ingredients won't fall out of the pan when you're stir-frying and you can keep your cooktop free from food rests. After cooking, you clean the wok in the dishwasher.
