I am satisfied with the power of this machine. The recipe book was absolutely necessary. So I tried all kinds of things to test the machine properly. So my experience: with eggplant stir-fry, the machine makes a lot of annoying beeping noise (probably due to resistance of the food and little liquid). He makes soups perfectly. Kneading dough also went well. Frozen mango ice cream with a little coconut milk and dates was effortless. Only the scooping task I always find a bit demotivating with these knives. For a smoothie I will go for a small blender, to spend less time in the kitchen to clean everything by hand. So in terms of performance he is top notch. It just takes some time and space to clean and dry everything afterwards.
The rubber piece in the lid absorbs the onion smell very well, I can't get it away. Putting it in the dishwasher once will reduce the onion smell a bit.

We like the magimix cook expert very much. The device and accessories are robust and do their job well. So far we cook with the appliance several times a week, with good results. It makes cooking much easier and faster, so that we eat more varied and healthier than before. The supplied cookbook is also very practical for getting to know the device.
