The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C5890DWF quickly prints all my documents and has all the functions an office printer should have. I couldn't find the password for wifi direct.

First impression

Connecting to WiFi directly was a bit more difficult, I couldn't find the password for this. In the end I use a QR code on the touchscreen, which I scan with my smartphone. This is not easy for every smartphone or mobile device.

Fast print speed and sharp prints
I print about 25 color pages per minute. As a result, I don't wait long for large work reports. My smartphone sends the print jobs directly to the printer, there is no delay. The printer's print resolution is better than I expected from an office printer. It prints images sharply. With the default settings, the colors are a bit faded. With the high quality setting, this is a lot better. This costs more ink and the printing speed is reduced.

Many different functions
I was positively surprised at the number of features on this printer. This is a 4-in-1 printer, which means I print, scan, copy and even fax my documents. I easily make a direct copy of my printed report with the automatic document feeder. It can hold up to 50 sheets of paper at a time, so I can make handouts for my colleagues in no time at all. I do this automatically double-sided, so I save paper. I also scan this report and easily send it by e-mail.

Easy operation via the touch screen
The printer has a fairly large touchscreen, so a lot can fit on it. All functions and settings are at your fingertips. I mute the printer or check my ink levels with the push of a button. In addition, I can see which print jobs are in the queue, which I can easily adjust or delete. I can see the energy consumption of the printer on the touchscreen. I am also environmentally conscious.
