The Siemens EX975LXC1E induction cooktop has 3 flexible cooking zones and you can use only the surface that you need for your pan. The auto heat-up adjusts the heat back to a lower setting when it reaches the desired temperature. Your pot of vegetables continues to cook slowly. Thanks to pan recognition, the cooking zones never switch on if there's no pan on them. Are you in a hurry and do you want to heat up food quickly? Select the boost function and quickly get a hot bowl of tomato soup. The cooktop is easy to use with the touchscreen. You can simply slide your finger to the left or to the right to increase or decrease the temperature.
