Description
Prepare a nice piece of salmon on a grill plate with the Siemens EX851HVC1E. The induction cooktop has a flexible cooking zone. This allows you to turn 2 separate cooking zones into 1 large zone and create space for a long grill plate or roasting pan. The temperature control keeps the temperature constant, so you know your meat remains tender and juicy. That way, you can prepare your steak just the way you like it every time. You have lots of freedom to choose how you want to cook with the 17 settings. Choose a high setting with the slider controls to sear meat, for example. You can turn down the setting of cooktop remotely via the Home Connect app on your smartphone.
