Good products, bad packaging from Coolblue!

Bought two Seagate IronWolf ST8000VN0022 8TB. One is installed in a Synology DS118, the other in a Windows 7 PC. They seem to do their job well. Not to mention the packaging. Only in ESD packaging, then in a minimal Coolblue bag and then in a large box without the slightest buffers... With a little shaking of the box by the conveyor, the discs are tumbling around !!! Coolblue, already ordered a lot from you, but this is one of the worst packaging ever for HDD transport!!!! Hopefully they won't break down soon due to any damage during transport...

I already had one of these identical, it has been running 24 hours a day for a year and not a single error on SMART. So very good. I also wanted to mention that I read a lot of negative reviews from people about how Coolblue packs hard drives. Under the motto: "if it's good, it can be said". This time the hard drive was packed extremely well. I bought this along with some other stuff. Now that the hard drive is still in place, it is packed separately, "box in a box" principle where it could not move. And the disk was suspended in such a box that absorbs the shocks from that elastic plastic. 10/10 package for a hard drive!

Bought disks to upgrade my Synology NAS (from 4TB to 8TB) Unfortunately, the 8TB WD Red drives were out of stock. Hence went for the Seagate Ironwolf. The Seagate Ironwolf is very disappointing, producing much more noise than the WD Red drives. Temperature of the drives is also higher. In use for a month now, curious about the reliability.
