The Sony FE 135mm f/1.8 GM is a telephoto lens for Sony mirrorless cameras. You can use it for professional portrait and animal photos with a natural-looking background blur. This allows you to focus on your subject. Thanks to the large maximum aperture of f/1.8, you can work in low-light situations. This results in creative portrait photos when a beam of light shines through the curtains, for example. The special XA and ED lens elements are equipped with special coatings for photos and videos with bright colors. On top of that, they reduce lens flare and chromatic aberrations to ensure high image quality. Since the lens supports fast autofocus, you can also photograph fast-moving subjects, such as animals or athletes. Thanks to the dual autofocus groups, you can focus from a 70cm distance from your subject. This allows you to make detailed close-up photos with the lens as well.
