My recordings look sharp. I film in 4K resolution. When I take photos, I do so with 40 megapixels. This produces detailed photos. I think it is a pity that the camera does not film in an 8:7 aspect ratio. With this ratio I can easily get horizontal and vertical images from one recording without loss of quality, for example for my social media accounts. Now I have to take both a portrait and a landscape shot if I want both.

I think the 47 GB internal memory is an advantage of the Action 5 Pro. I am someone who regularly forgets to take a spare memory card with me. That is not a problem with this action camera.
