Thanks to the large maximum aperture of the 50mm lens, you can take clear photos in low light like during sunset. You can easily take the camera with you in the camera bag. The EOS R7 has a faster electronic shutter that lets you photograph at 30 fps. That way, you can effectively capture sports competitions.
Crop sensorThanks to the crop factor of the APS-C image sensor, your image is zoomed in more than with a full-frame sensor. Because of this, you can multiply the focal length of your lens by 1.6. This extra range is useful when you capture distant subjects. It makes it easier to get athletes and wildlife up close this way.
AutofocusThe autofocus points of this camera cover the entire screen. You can very precisely focus right to the edge of your image this way. If you follow a moving subject, the camera keeps it sharply in focus. The autofocus system recognizes people, animals, and even vehicles.
