Thanks to the thousands of tiny LED lights that individually light up or dim, black parts are really black and light parts are still very bright. You also receive a subwoofer and rear speakers in addition to the soundbar. The subwoofer enhances the bass so it sounds deeper. The explosion from the movie sounds more realistic this way. With the rear speakers, you also hear sound from behind you. You can surround yourself with sound and it feels like you're in the movie.
