Very nice for entertainment, but large and heavy

The Samsung Fold 6 has a large and razor-sharp screen for entertainment and multitasking. The device is heavier and thicker than I am used to from a smartphone.

Heavy and thick device
The foldable Samsung Fold 6 is a large device. It is therefore thicker and heavier than a 'normal' smartphone. I feel the extra weight quite a bit when I use the Fold 6 for a longer period of time. The thickness of the Fold 6 does not necessarily bother me, but it does fit less easily in my pocket than a non-folding smartphone.

Wider screen at the front
The front screen of the Fold 6 is wider than that of its predecessors. This is very nice, because secretly I notice that I use this screen the most. This makes the front screen feel more like that of a ''regular'' smartphone. However, I notice that it is slightly narrower. That's why I had to get used to the screen.

Razor-sharp screen on the inside, fold not visible
I mainly use the screen on the inside for entertainment. I like to watch videos and series on it or play a game. For example, I prefer the front screen for WhatsApp and social media. The large screen is razor sharp, so I can see all the details of my videos. It strikes me that the screen ratio of the Fold is different than that of videos on YouTube and Netflix, for example. That's why I see black bars on the sides. I can zoom in so that the bars disappear, but then part of the image disappears. The crease in the screen is invisible as long as I look straight at the screen.

Fast smartphone, easy multitasking
This smartphone is lightning fast. Even the most demanding apps and games start quickly and run smoothly. I can easily open multiple apps at the same time on the large screen. For example, I take notes on the left half of the screen, while I watch a video on the right half.

Stylish and sturdy design
The Fold 6 has a new design that I really appreciate. It has straight edges and corners. This makes the Fold 6 very comfortable to hold. The device also feels very sturdy, even when I open or close the device.

Sharp photos, zoom in 3 times
I take sharp photos with the 3 cameras on the back of the Fold 6. Thanks to the telephoto lens, photos are also sharp when I zoom in 3 times. This allows me to get a good photo of an object that is far away.
