Description
Keep your business and personal files organized with the Synology DS223j NAS. This small NAS has room for 2 hard drives, which you can use in a RAID setup as well. Use 1 drive for your files and the other for your backups, for example. Thanks to the small size, this NAS doesn't take up a lot of space. This means you can easily place it on your desk. The DS223j was developed for small companies, to make it easier to share files on a small and local server. This NAS works with Linux, Chromebook, Android, iOS, Mac, and Windows. So you don't have to format your device. Thanks to the 1GB RAM and Quad-Core RealTek processor, you can process all tasks without delays and multitask with an entire small company on the same NAS at the same time. Just like with all Synology NAS models, you can also use Synology Drive Server with the DS223j. This allows you to edit the storage space of the NAS from every connected device. That's useful if you're working from home and still want access to your files.

DSM is still a bit idiosyncratic and is not exactly what you expect these days. Is more focused on larger NAS systems and specialists. However, it works fine once you know how to do it, it takes some study. There is no simple way for 'small' users

Easy installation. A nice thing about Coolblue is that they send an email after purchase with tips for installation. Very extensive software from Synology.
