The robot vacuum cleaner exceeded my expectations in terms of cleaning performance, thoroughly tackling dust and dirt even in awkward corners and under furniture. The added mop function is a true boon, keeping my floors not only free of dust, but sparkling clean. In addition, the robot vacuum cleaner is able to navigate most thresholds without any problems, increasing its overall dexterity. Unfortunately, he does have difficulty with my laundry rack and occasionally gets tangled in it, which can be somewhat frustrating. The biggest stumbling block, however, is the accompanying app, which functions but is not particularly user-friendly. Selecting different rooms requires patience and can be cumbersome. Despite these drawbacks, I am generally satisfied with the robot vacuum cleaner for its impressive cleaning performance and useful mopping function, hoping that future updates can address the issues mentioned.

Due to a busy family life (2 small children and a dog), I have been looking for help in the household, but it is difficult to find these days. This device is therefore a solution. Installation is easy by following the steps in the app. It does take some time to have it create a floor plan on several floors, but once it is properly adjusted it is an asset to your home. It is still necessary to mop thoroughly once a week, but vacuuming yourself is a thing of the past. The only downside in my opinion is that you are not allowed to add a cleaning product before mopping.
