The temperature in the barbecue also remains constant and is accurate to a single degree. This means you can apply multiple cooking techniques, like indirect and direct grilling, smoking, cooking, steaming, and slow cooking. Unlike the larger Kamado versions, this barbecue has carrying handles and a lower weight of 31kg. This means you can easily move the Kamado Joe Junior to a different spot in the garden.
