With the BK Bold Wok 28cm, you can easily sear 2 pieces of red meat thanks to the stainless steel coating. This way, you can keep in the juices and retain the crispiness of the meat. Use the pan on any heat source, including in the oven up to 160°C. Thanks to the plastic handle and the light weight of the pan, you can safely move the pan from the stove to the dining table. It cooks quickly. The pan does not look good after one use. I really miss a non-stick coating.
