Note also that tpPLC does not work if you use a VPN service - you have to disable it until you've configured the adapters.
Finally, the instruction manual says you may only install the adapter in a vertical position which may be an issue if the holes in your power point happens to be offset by 90 degrees as mine were. Having said that, it seems to work fine anyway.
