This is my first Force Feedback racing wheel. I hesitated between the Logitech G29 and this T300rs GT from Thrustmaster. After looking at the reviews, decided to buy this T300rs GT. General impression: This steering wheel is almost good value for money. By that I mean the handlebar has a quality feel, it's made of some sort of rubber material and that will make it last for a long time. The housing of the motor and belt system is made of plastic. The steering wheel can be attached to a desk, table or racing seat. This can be done by using the supplied clamp (firm but sometimes a bit clumsy) or hardmounting with screws. I myself attached it to my desk with the clamp. The pedals on this GT version of this racing wheel have a premium feel. The plates of the pedals are made of a type of metal, which makes them feel even better. It is also useful that it contains both an accelerator, brake and clutch pedal. In addition, this Racing Wheel offers many options for addons, namely: New Wheels, Shifter, Pedals, etc... This allows you to upgrade to another wheel for example to play F1 in the future. My experience in games: The games I played in the first week are: Assetto Corsa, Eurotruck Simulator 2 , F1 2019 and Project Cars. In general I can say that not every game is perfect when using the racing wheel for the first time, but after adjusting some settings in-game, this is already much better. My Overall Experience: After attaching the racing wheel to the desk, it was a matter of plugging in and plugging in. Then search for the software on the Thrustmaster website, reboot and the installation was done. In this software you can test the handlebars and adjust a number of settings (from angle of rotation to strength of the forces). The force feedback helps a lot in games. It gives an extra dimension to driving a car. An example of this is when you are driving an F1 car, and your brakes lock without ABS, the steering wheel feels lighter due to the lack of grip. It is a pity that my racing wheel started to creak after only 5 days, just as if something is not right. I have already contacted Coolblue and will look for a solution together. This may be a "one-off". Hopefully this gives you a good idea and helps you to make a choice.

What a send! Forget all your gaming experience with a ps4 controller and go for this steering wheel! Your racing lines will be much nicer and you will enjoy more with the flippers on the steering wheel! Whether you drive GT sport or F1, it remains cool! While choosing, I looked at several points. The Logitech handlebars were strongly discouraged because there is a dead zone that was experienced as irritating. After that, the t150rs, t150rs pro, t300rs, t300rs GT and t300rs alcantara entered the list. Because it's my first handlebar, I didn't want to spend too much money. However, the t300 can be retrofitted with options such as an F1 steering wheel or other pedals. The t300rs has even lesser pedals while the GT has the t8pa pedals as Alcantara. After this came the choice between GT or Alcantata. I thought the Alcantara was very nice but if you play without gloves the Alcantara will quickly look bad. The GT also has the beautiful aluminum layout on the pedals and is € 40 cheaper. Once ordered, the anticipation could begin. Put the ps4 down properly, try to get the seat in the right position and prepare the cables. Once inside, I immediately started connecting. The steering wheel just fits around my desk that is 5.5 cm thick. I was already nervous that I had to return the steering wheel. Fortunately, the wonders were not out of the world and it just fit! Once I drove the first race I couldn't be beaten! The Christmas wish list can be completed with a new monitor and playseat. Santa will have to dig a little deeper into his pouch this year!

This is my 6th racing wheel. I bought the Thrustmaster T300RS GT as a replacement for my Logitech G29, which unfortunately broke down (within the warranty period, so I got my money back). When I bought it I already had my doubts, but the price difference was still so big that I went for the G29. Now I had to make the choice again, and I went for the T300. I only drove it for a while but I immediately noticed that the T300 is really a class better. The steering wheel is much more accurate so no more clipping the guardrail on Monaco. The force feedback is also much smoother and more natural. For example, you feel moments of upset coming much better and can therefore absorb it sooner. The pedals are similar. With the GT version you have three pedals and an extra mod (conical limiter) is included to provide the brake pedal with extra resistance. The steering wheel is neat and the positioning of the buttons is fine. The L3 and R3 are on the base so that is less convenient, but the Options button for the Playstation is much more practical on the steering wheel. The steering wheel itself looks neat. Some edges can be felt in the rubber from the casting / spraying of the steering wheel, which can feel a bit annoying. If necessary, the steering wheel can of course be easily replaced. In short, great handlebars for the casual racer who wants to take it a bit more seriously without immediately ending up in the really expensive category (including Fanatec).
