This allows you to make cold brew, in addition to the classic coffee specialties. Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the coffee machine presses cold water through the freshly-ground coffee at high pressure. This provides a refreshing coffee, which brings out the aromas the best way possible. The smart bean hopper recognizes the chosen coffee specialties and adjusts the grind size accordingly. This means you don't have to adjust the grind size yourself. Do you prefer to do adjust the strength manually? You can easily do this via the touchscreen display.
