Monitor your heart rate extra accurately with the Garmin Forerunner 45S Black + Garmin HRM-DUAL Heart Rate Monitor Chest Strap Black bundle. You connect the HRM-DUAL heart rate monitor to your Forerunner smartwatch via ANT+. The built-in heart rate sensor of your smartwatch automatically monitors your heart rate throughout the entire day. In addition, you can stay up to date about your calorie burn, the number of steps you take, and your sleep. The watch case is 1.56 inches, so it's also suitable for a smaller wrist. No one to work out with? With the virtual partner on your watch, you'll always have someone to compete with. Connect the smartwatch to your smartphone and receive notifications from Whatsapp, Facebook, and Instagram on your wrist. The chest strap of the heart rate monitor is easily adjustable to a size between 63.5 and 132cm.
