The included attachments and 10 built-in settings give you a lot of control over the end result. You can use the lower settings to knead the ingredients into good dough. Use the higher settings to whip up cream for on top of your cake. The soft start ensures that the mixer starts mixing gently. This way, the batter doesn't get whipped out of the 4.8L stainless steel mixing bowl. When you're done, you can clean the separate parts and mixing bowl in the dishwasher.
