You can sear large pieces of meat with the WMF Steak Profi Frying Pan 28cm, thanks to the large diameter. The pan has the fastest heat conduction of all the WMF frying pans. It's crucial to use a good pan when you prepare a delicious steak. The Rapid Heat Control Technology heats up the pan very fast and ensures it cools off fast again. That way, you can crisp your meat fast, but you won't burn it. Turn your stove high or low and the pan follows. As soon as you put the pan the gas, induction, or other heat source, the flat bottom heats up right away. The pan distributes the heat evenly over the whole surface. In addition, the non-stick coating is scratch-resistant and easy to clean.

Perfect frying pan!
