Corsair iCUE 4000X RGB Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX Case

Inexpensive and beautiful

The Corsair iCue 4000x is the brother of the 4000D and is therefore practically the same in terms of design. The only difference is the glass front, and the fact that three Corsair iCUE SP120 RGB Elite are already built in here for convenience, and are connected to the already built-in Lightning Node, a handy RGB hub that is hidden in the rear panel. The case is beautiful, it is sturdy, it is small yet robust, the fans are very quiet. The glass side and glass front are beautiful. The panels are easy to remove, the only drawback is of course that when you put on and take off the glass panels, you immediately have dirty finger marks on your beautiful glassware. So order a cleaning cloth ;) Nothing negative to say about the box. A personal minus was that there were only two 3.5" drive bays available, while I just had THREE writing to transfer from my old computer case...well yes. So be it. That doesn't change how cool this case is. further, but it may be a bit scanty for some. On the other hand, there are enough mounting places for 2.5" drives (especially SSDs), of which you can place 2 behind, as well as the possibility to place 1 or 2 more on the shroud with an add-on bracket. (NB this bracket is not included, but you can order it separately). All intake and/or exhaust holes are covered with a fine removable dust filter, so you don't have to worry about that either. Due to the glass front panel and the dust filters, the cabinet performs slightly less in terms of airflow, but that is the sacrifice you make for the design. That is also only a few degrees at most, and for most of us not interesting unless you are going to overclock hard (and do this on air instead of water). All in all, highly recommended!

The Corair iCue 4000X RGB is a nice cabinet to work in. It is very spacious and cable management channels are already incorporated, making that even easier. The cabinet looks beautiful, inside and out.
