Description

With the Hoya HMC UV, you protect the front element of the lens against dust, scratches, and bumps. Thanks to the 18 layers of super multi-coating, you won't experience any color differences in your photos and you won't be bothered by oblique incident light. The glass has a high light transmission to preserve sharp photos, but it does block UV light. This way, your photos don't become bluish. The HMC UV has a thin aluminum edge, so the filter isn't visible when you use a wide-angle lense. The filter is splash proof, which makes it suitable in bad weather conditions.
