A super machine that makes delicious coffee! The waste water container could have been a little deeper so that you don't have to empty it every day and it would be nice if the aqua filter would last a little longer. (perhaps a slightly larger aqua filter)

I've wanted an espresso machine for a long time, never regretted this purchase. Visitors come for a drive around the block especially for my cappuccino and espresso. Cool blue's fast delivery is top notch and the delivery person is friendly and is one of the few delivery services to deliver 3 high without an elevator to the door. Top device and ditto delivery.

Immediately after unpacking, wow what a beautiful machine. Just read the manual and then install it, follow the steps on the display and you are ready to make a delicious coffee. The machine is super easy to operate, everything can be set to your own taste on the clear display. These settings are also saved so that you get a coffee that meets your needs every time, there are two user profiles and a guest profile. The changes are not saved in the guest profile. I mainly drink the specialties with milk, finally a machine that knows how to froth milk. Even after fifteen minutes still deliciously firm milk foam on my coffee. The latte go frother is easy to clean, just rinse under the tap, no channels where milk remains, which can become sour. My husband usually drinks the black coffees, all very tasty. Daily/weekly maintenance is super easy, most parts can simply be washed in the dishwasher and the brewing unit under the tap. After longer use, the brewing unit needs a little more attention, but this is neatly explained, there is also a tube of grease for the moving parts after major maintenance. The machine does make some noise while grinding the beans, this is not disturbing and in my opinion belongs to an espresso / bean machine so that you know that you can almost enjoy your coffee. We have already received many compliments about the machine and the coffee it makes. A machine that you can be proud of when it is on your kitchen counter.
