The SMEG SMF02BLEU Black is a useful stand mixer for the hobby baker, suitable for making pizza dough and cake batter. You can knead multiple preparations in a row, thanks to the amount of power it has. The 10 built-in settings give you a lot of control over the end result. Very useful, because you can use the low setting for kneading dough and the high setting for whipping cream. With soft start, the machine starts mixing gently and the batter doesn't get whipped out of the 4.8L stainless steel mixing bowl. When you're done baking, you can easily clean the flexi beater, dough hook, and mixing bowl in the dishwasher. You have to wash whisk and anti-splash lid by hand.
