Melitta Barista F850-101 Smart TS Silver

My previous device was also a Melitta and I used it intensively for over 8 years without any problems. So Melitta already had an edge. The double bean compartment is ideal for me. That way you can use 2 different types of beans at the same time. Furthermore, the F850 ensures that the mill is empty after each grinding so that you get a mixture of the 2 types. Also the fact that you e.g. Being able to make 2 cappuccinos at the same time is a plus. The device is very intuitive to operate, especially when you use the app. The disadvantage of the app is that it sometimes has some difficulty connecting to the machine. What I immediately noticed compared to my previous machine is that it is a lot quieter. A breath of fresh air. So far I have not regretted my purchase.

I switched to this bean machine because I wanted to get rid of the standard cups. The Barista is easy to operate. The coffee is delicious. Just warm up the cup under the Quooker, otherwise the coffee will not be really hot. My wife likes to drink decaf. Then the double bone reservoir is a godsend. The drip tray often indicates that it is full after just one espresso. That is of course not the case. In summary: a delicious cup of coffee and definitely worth the purchase price!

I don't like it because you can't make a good cappuccino with it. The device sputters and squirts a few streams of warm milk and produces hardly any foam.
