Great tablet, but don't buy it for the Google hub function.
- Responds smoothly and quickly
- Good sound
- Nice clear picture
- Software full of bugs. Crashes often and then restarts automatically

According to our tablet expert
The Lenovo Tab M10 Plus is a 10.3-inch Full HD tablet for entertainment and everyday use. Thanks to the powerful Octa-Core processor and 4GB RAM, apps and simple games run smoothly. The Tab M10 Plus is less suitable for demanding tasts like photo editing or playing 3D games at the highest settings though. Thanks to the special kids mode, the tablet offers entertainment for all ages. This mode lets you decide for how long your child uses the tablet and which content is available to them. And the integrated Ambient mode from Google Assistant allows you to use the Tab M10 Plus as a smart home hub when you place the tablet in the docking station. You can store apps and files on the 64GB storage. Are you short on storage space? Expand it up to 256GB with a memory card.

This Lenovo tablet is one of the first that can also be used as a smart home hub in the docking station. And that is noticeable, because this feature is full of teething problems. To enable this feature, you must meet the following. - Tablet must be set to English language and United States region. Feature cannot be enabled in any other language or region. - Once the Google App is automatically updated, this feature can no longer be enabled. So turn off auto updates. - Turn off auto brightness. There is a software error in this, if this is turned on, the tablet will reboot after every 120 seconds. Tablet is therefore full of software problems and can not be put in Dutch. After the automatic update, the feature can no longer handle at all. Lenovo has not been providing updates since Oct 2019, so there is a small chance that it will ever work properly again. If you don't mind all that or you don't use the hub function, it's a great tablet.

After a long search and weighing up price/quality, I decided to go for this Lenovo. Was my purchase worth it? The tablet is mainly used for online games, Netflix and watching TV online as well as e-mailing. The response speed is very good, typing is very smooth :) . Scrolling on websites is like a knife through butter. Super smooth. The device sporadically stutters when switching between eg Chrome and games. Social media and video calling are accompanied by a clear sound and image, where the sound can be adjusted separately via Dolby Atmos. An affordable option for those who want to avoid buying an expensive webcam and still maintain high-quality contact with the environment. Video calling really comes in handy when you can do it from the comfort of your home, without holding your tablet. To support this, an external charging station is an option (2 pogo pin connection). To my great regret, this is not included with this model. Such a charging station is high on my wish list. Unfortunately I can't find a suitable model for this online anywhere, the information about this is unclear or non-existent. A downside because when Googling this device, the cradle often appears in the photos. I was initially shocked by the size of the 10.3 inch screen. It looks a bit long and had expected a wider device. However, it looks more like a big phone in shape. The shape does not affect the screen ratio. Movies look natural, so no squashed faces on Netflix. When playing online board games I have also experienced benefits from this screen ratio, The screen is long enough to see both a game board and user info. This is already my third tablet, it looks sturdy and has an aluminum / metal housing. However, experience tells me that the screen is the most sensitive part. I will not test the sturdiness of this. Unless Coolblue provides me with another device for free :) . The battery lasts for 2 days with intensive use (4 to 6 hours of use per day). Charging takes 1 to 2 hours. The supplied cable could be a meter longer. It's not short but I like to use my tablet while it's charging. An extension cable is the solution. In addition to the device and the charger, a pin was also included to expand a 64 GB memory with a micro SD card. The box then contained an ultra-small booklet, which without glasses was an illegible mix of words. It turned out to be a manual are. Nice that this is still included in all digital and environmental times. The device was well worth its purchase price.

Because the expensive tablet that I wanted to buy, after the failure of my old tablet, was not in stock, I bought this Lenovo. For that low price my expectations were not high and it would only be temporary until the tablet I actually want was back in stock. When unpacking I noticed that it was a nice and sturdy device. The case gave a small impression despite having a large screen. It also felt heavier than I could have imagined. After configuring it, I started working with it. All my apps that were on my old tablet were automatically transferred to this Lenovo. The first thing I tested was Youtube, because I am addicted to the lab videos of NileRed and I noticed that the sound and the image are excellent. I was able to follow the videos in detail without fits or starts. You are swept up in the image and sound. That made me pleasantly surprised. But there is a downside, I work a lot with formulas and these are not sharp and cause some headaches. For the rest, this is a top tablet that works quickly without any noticeable delay. How they can make this for this low price is beyond me. I will use this tablet a lot, but for my formulas I have to go to the more expensive segment for a tablet with a higher DPI. I have already recommended this tablet to several friends and passed on the link here. Another small downside that I forgot to mention is that the tablet charges painfully slow, but that doesn't affect the perfect functioning, you just have to leave it in the socket a little longer.
