OK massage, but the product is less than I expected based on the description. You can only choose between shiatsu massage and acupressure (air pressure) massage. The intensity of the air pressure is adjustable, the shiatsu is not. There are no programs to choose from, but with shiatsu you can choose the whole back or lower/upper half, and whether you switch on or off the neck massage and the heat/infrared (that is 1 function). Shiatsu and air pressure can also be done at the same time. The massage heads do not come higher than the bottom of the shoulder blade; if you want them to get higher, you have to sink yourself. The shiatsu massage is also OK, but I think there are cheaper products that can do that too. In any case, check out the manual before you buy it, so you can see exactly which functions are included and which are not.
