No function of the remote control works with my AVR-X2500H, while the remote control actually contains the buttons for Setup and Menu, which have no function on the amplifiers of the above series.

In the past I may have owned some really beautiful well thought out CD players from Denon, but this is really a Monday morning design. He does, but that's about all. If you still own a DCD-720AE, cherish it.....
