The Tanita RD-545 is an accurate smart personal scale that you can connect to the My Tanita app via Bluetooth to see data of your body analyses. The scale doesn't only measure your BMI, body fat, and muscle mass, but also your calorie need, muscle quality, and visceral fat. This is the fat that's around your organs. This way, you know everything about the physical condition of your body and keep an eye on your progress. The RD-545 measures via your hands, which is more accurate than measurements via your feet. Thanks to the touchscreen on the handle, you can easily set the scale. The Tanita has 4 customizable user profiles. This way, you can save your own and your family's information.
