I think this air purifier actually does something to the air quality. While cooking, it quickly starts to turn on high. At least when there are ' odors ' in the room. In winter, your humidity also goes down quite a bit. The 3 filters actually show little traces of dirt, but I don't know if small particles should be visible. The pre-filter should be cleaned regularly. The app and also the device itself indicate this. The expensive carbon filter also has to be replaced after a few months and I found that a disappointment. Then there is a hepa filter that also needs to be replaced once a year. It is a nice device that seems to do something, but I am curious what actual thorough research would show here? Connecting to WiFi via the app went fairly smoothly. The connection is stable, but of course depends on your own WiFi environment. The app is quite extensive. You can see the air quality of your home here; when your filter needs to be replaced or cleaned; but also eg the air quality in your hometown and allergy warning for eg grasses and pollen. I don't know how accurate these numbers are, but it's a nice addition to the app. When the candles go out in the evening before going to sleep, the device starts blowing fanatically again and odors are therefore definitely tackled. I usually have it on auto function, but I sometimes put the fan on the lowest setting while eating, for example. In a higher setting, it can make quite a noise. If you set it to the lowest setting, it will continue to clean, but then it will take longer but without noise. All in all a nice device but would be curious about real figures regarding the operation.
