The Sony FE 50mm f/1.8 is a prime lens for photographers with a full-frame Sony mirrorless camera. Thanks to its light weight, you can easily take the lens with you. The maximum aperture of f/1.8 makes the lens suitable for taking photos at low light. The low aperture number ensures photos with a natural bokeh. You can take portrait, product, and landscape photos with the lens, among other things. The shortest focal distance of the lens is 45cm.

Immediately put the lens on the Sony A7 and photographed various things. The lens is really versatile! Did very well in an Urban situations! Really needs very little light to produce a beautiful record. In short... I am very happy with it!

I bought this lens because my 85mm f1.8 lens often magnifies just too much, making it difficult to get some things in full view. I don't have this problem with this lens, and can therefore be used very well indoors. The lens itself gives nice sharp photos, and with the f1. 8 aperture a very nice depth of field. For the price, this is a wonderfully good lens. Focusing is a bit slower, but this doesn't bother me. The bokeh is a bit cat eye, but I don't mind that. This lens is very nice to have with you.

A fine lens, in many situations. This lens is especially suitable if you want little depth of field in your photos. I do find a disadvantage that the shortest focal distance is 45 cm. As a result, you cannot photograph objects from very close by.
