(I always turn the internet inside out before purchasing an electrical item and based on all the information I arrived at this scale.) Before purchasing, we already had a Fitbit product. So it made sense to buy a fitbit Aria scale. However, I deviated from this because the fitibit only supports a now dated 802.11b WiFi protocol. This is also well indicated by Coolblue. Some Flemish people have already received routers from their provider without support for this protocol. So that was a no-go for me. Then a scale like this is also criticized that the measurement of fat percentage and the like cannot be accurate. People first step on the scale with dry and then wet feet with deviating measurements. Given that current is measured by the body, this finding is likely to be correct. BUT... if you know this, you can of course also ensure that the conditions for each measurement are the same: such as immediately after getting up for example. Then I almost have the feeling that there is a positive correlation between the number of BBQ sausages and the fat percentage the day after. And I jump on the scale every day ... to check the weather forecast :-). Because you get a weather forecast for morning and afternoon, you immediately know what to wear. Useful :-).

This is a nice scale. The setup was easy, and now it's a matter of standing on it and your data will be automatically sent to the app. The accompanying Health Mate app works well and integrates with things like MyFitnessPal for calorie tracking, RunKeeper for activity, and S Health for step counting. I don't know how accurate/reliable measuring your body characteristics (fat/water/bone) is. You can also measure low weights well with this scale, so my cat got her own account to track her weight too.

I like the product very much, it measures quickly and accurately and is in sync with my app and Apple HealthKit
