DXRacer KING Gaming Chair Black/Red

I bought this chair about 2 years ago with the hope that I could continue to use it for several years. Initially, this certainly seemed to be the case with the good quality of the chair when purchased. Unfortunately, in the 2 years that I have had this chair, the quality has deteriorated rapidly. The seat surface is very badly torn at the seam, and on both sides of the legs, at the red surfaces next to the seat, the upholstery has also been swept away. The hydraulic pump in the seat also has ailments and can at times change the height of the seat at will without touching the pedal that changes the height. The armrests, on the other hand, are the worst. These can be changed in height, angle, and position, but after 2 years this system has deteriorated nicely. The right side is the worst and wobbles and shifts position with the slightest use. All in all, this certainly does not make the product a good recommendation, from my point of view, for the price that should be paid for it.

First of all, my very big compliments to the driver Kelvin who delivered this seat on time, who has also had good experiences with this model. Upon delivery, he told me that he'd fallen asleep on it before and that it was pretty good, and I didn't believe it at first. Well, the chair itself I chose in black because of our interior with lots of antiques and reworked wood and it doesn't stand out with my solid desk. I am a console gamer and in the beginning I still had the armrests on and liked that you could adjust them in all corners and sides but I was used to being able to get a little closer to my desk and I finally took it off what maximum ten minutes of work. As I had read a lot on here and was a bit shocked by the stiff seat and I admit that this is the case, but all in all it is very good once you are in the right position. What is really nice is that you can simply lower this chair backwards with a lever like in the car. I have to agree with the driver Kelvin that I have already slept in this for several hours (accidentally). Whether that was due to waiting too long in loading screens, drinking too much (sorry),... in any case: this chair seems like my 'guilty pleasure' bed when I fall asleep on it. Very sturdy quality and extremely strong gas spring, I certainly never have to worry that I will fall or get stuck because of this. The material also feels very sturdy and the entire interior of the chair is also made of metal, so you can feel the quality of it. Highly recommended!
