In the Sola Fair Cooking Paella Pan allows you to prepare delicious paella full of seafood or chicken. Thanks to the environmentally friendly produced non-stick coating, your ingredients won't stick. So you'll use little to no grease. The pan is made out of cast aluminum. The casing is extra thick and form-retaining, which provides even and quick heat conduction for temperatures of up to 250 °C. To ensure proper functioning with all heat sources, a stainless steel plate has been processed into the form-retaining bottom. Safety has also been taken into account. The handle attachment is cast, which makes for extra solid anchoring. You can easily clean the Sola Fair Cooking Paella Pan in the dishwasher after use.

Note: ceramic pans are resistant to high temperatures, but should be used with moderate heat, to minimize the chance of sticking.
