Description

The Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8E ED VR is an all-round lens for cameras with a full-frame sensor. It's suitable for Nikon SLR cameras. The lens is an update of the popular 24-70mm lens that quite some photographers have been using for years. The biggest difference is the addition of an image stabilization system, which provides an advantage of 4 stops. In combination with the large maximum aperture of f/2.8, you can take handheld photos for longer when it gets dark. The addition of special lens elements and coating ensure high-contrast, colorful, and sharp photos.

Nikon 24-70

  • For many people the price

This lens does what you may expect from it, making razor-sharp images. For my secondary profession, I regularly make aerial photos that are greatly enlarged and printed with beautiful results. Of course this is not only due to this lens but also the Nikon D3X that I bought at digicamshop in the store in Antwerp.

I bought this lens to replace the Sigma variant. And I must say it is a real upgrade. I've used the lens a few times now and the results are great! The reach of this lens over the entire range is super pleasant, as is the focus speed. So highly recommended! You simply must have this lens, it should be a standard for anyone who owns a Nikon DSLR.

If you want extremely sharp photos, I can highly recommend this lens. Bought for my D800 body. Super sharp, you can count the eyelashes in a portrait in landscape. Perfect in color too! The must-have for every Nikon photographer who takes themselves seriously.
