Very good knife set from a well-known brand. Sabatier knives are prescribed in my training for SVH cook. Tomato knife should be a carving knife and therefore longer. By the way, such a knife is called a vegetable knife, but rarely used. You take your office knife or chef's knife for this. Japanese cut is better than European cut. Sharper fold. Disadvantage: not to sharpen yourself. The bundle offer with a sharpener is therefore nonsense. A sharpening steel for irregularities and burrs could be an option as an extra or to replace the Santoku knife.

Most important: cuts perfectly, super sharp, feels great in the hand. For both left and right handers. And a sleek design! We can recommend this to everyone. We have waited too long. In the kitchen you should simply have an excellent set of knives.

A nice knife block on the counter. It looks chic and professional. The well-shaped and "heavy" knives lie comfortably in the hand. In addition, they cut perfectly, they cut through meat, slightly frozen chicken or fresh bread from the bread maker without any problems. That is sometimes difficult to cut thin slices. There is a symbol on the handles, so you know which knife you take from the block. This is also very useful. In short, recommended!
