You can use these fresh food bags with the Solis vaccination systems. A package contains 50 bags of 20 by 30 centimeters. Because the bags are already in size, you only have to put your ingredients in them. With the press of a button the bag is vacuumed and you keep the product fresh longer.

Cook your vacuumed meal in a special sous vide pan to 100 degrees. Do you use an ordinary pan? Then keep an eye on a kitchen thermometer that the water does not get hotter than 75 degrees Celsius. Otherwise the plastic bag melts against the hot walls of your cooking pan.
