• If our own delivery drivers stop by, they will call you 15 minutes before arrival.

Yes, we offer installation services for all desk chairs and desks. If you purchase a desk and desk chair at Coolblue, we'll also adjust them to a working posture that's suitable for you.

Delivery Yes, you can choose the delivery time that suits you best. You have the following options:

• __ Morning__: delivery between 07:30 and 12:00
• __ Afternoon__: delivery between 12:00 and 17:00 These time slots cost money to reserve. The costs vary from € 9 to € 39, depending on the delivery day and the delivery time.

You can also choose free delivery if you select the whole day. We'll arrive between 07:30 and 17:00 on the day you chose.

Installation and adjustment Yes, you can select the day that suits you best to install and/or adjust your home office products. We'll arrive between 07:30 and 18:00 on your chosen day.
