How do you move a Coolblue Energy charging station?
You move with charging station
Want the charging station at your new address? Contact us, so that we can move the charging station. We'll disassemble the charging station and install it again at the new spot. This way, the installation and product warranty remain valid. Do you move the charging station yourself or does an other company do this? These warranties become void. When you register the charging station again, we'll visit you first. We'll check the charging station. If everything works correctly, we'll register it again. We ask a small payment for this.
You move without charging station
Does the charging station stay at your old address? Notify us of this. We'll stop the contract and the charging station. When the new residents contact us, we'll register them under a new contract. Nothing changes regarding the product and installation warranty. As soon as we have all information of the new users, we register the charging station again.
