USB-C car chargers
Connect your smartphone to a USB-C car charger to use your navigation and music apps while you drive. These car chargers all have an oval USB-C port. That's a different connector than the large, square USB-A port. You can only connect USB-C to Lightning/USB-C cables to it. This type of cable is included with new smartphones more and more often. All car chargers with USB-C are Power Delivery fast chargers. That means you can charge all iPhone models from the iPhone 8, the Samsung S and Note series, and increasingly more other Android smartphones extra fast. If you connect your device to a USB-C charger in the car, you can charge your empty battery back up to 40 or 50% in half an hour.
