DisplayPort cables
- 4 displayport cables
The DisplayPort cable is essentially the successor to VGA and DVI. DisplayPort cables exist in different versions, from DisplayPort 1.2 for regular use up to 4k on 1 screen, version 1.3 for 4K footage on 2 screens, and version 1.4 for 4K and HDR material. The difference in the figures is often the amount of data that the cable can transmit per second. The higher the number, the more data the cable can transfer. When you game in 4K, you need 1.4 DisplayPort cable to achieve a refresh rate of 144Hz.
