If you buy a digital Xbox Live Gold subscription, you follow these 3 steps:
- Step 1: go through the ordering process
- Step 2: make sure you receive Coolblue emails
- Step 3: keep the extra terms and conditions in mind
Step 1: go through the ordering process
Even though the Xbox Live Gold is a digital product, you go through the standard ordering process. This means that you choose a delivery address and time slot. Go through the ordering process like you're used to to finish this first step.
Step 2: make sure you receive Coolblue emails
If you ordered your Xbox Live Gold card, you'll get an order confirmation and shipment confirmation with track & trace. This happens automatically, so it doesn't mean something is wrong with the process. It's important to make sure you check your email address and that you receive Coolblue emails. After your order, you'll receive your product code via digitale.producten@coolblue.nl within 1 working day. Also check your spambox, because it's possible the email ends up there.
Step 3: activate your code
With the code in the email, you can activate your Xbox Live Gold subscription. This email also contains instructions on how to activate, so read through them. Follow the steps in the instructions to activate your 12-month Xbox Live Gold. Keep in mind that this is a digital product, so you can't return it. We do guarantee that the code works. If that's not the case, we'll send you a new one.
