The fan distributes the hot air from the round heating element on the back wall evenly throughout the interior. That way, a lemon pie or moussaka will heat up evenly.
Mild fan oven
With a mild fan oven, you can heat up your dishes in an energy-efficient way. The energy supply is regulated in a way little heat gets lost. You can prepare your dishes in phases with residual heat. That way, steak will taste a lot juicier and it won't get as dark.

Allow the interior to cool off before you start the program.
Upper and lower heat eco

Basic settings
