How does a dryer subscription work?

Leasing a dryer has provides various advantages. For example, you don't have to pay a large amount in one go, but a lower, fixed amount per month. If the machine breaks down unexpectedly, we'll exchange it within 48 hours for free. After one year, you can easily cancel the subscription per month. You can easily lease a dryer with the following steps:

  • Step 1: choose a dryer subscription
  • Step 2: pay and choose delivery date
  • Step 3: dry your laundry without unexpected costs

Step 1: choose a dryer subscription

Choose dryer subscription

First, choose a dryer subscription that suits you best. Make sure to check the load capacity and noise level of the machine. Click the order button on the product page and complete the test. This test allows us to check if your income is high enough to pay the monthly subscription. We don't save information about income, we just register whether you succeeded or not. This information stays within Coolblue.

Step 2: pay and choose delivery date

Pay for the subscription

Did you pass the test? You'll continue to the payment. At your first payment, you'll pay one-time subscription costs, the costs for the current month, and the costs for the next month. That's why the first charge is higher. After the first payment, we'll deduct the fixed amount on a monthly basis. When you complete the order, you choose a suitable delivery date. Our delivery drivers will deliver, install, and connect the dryer for free. You'll have a 30-day return window.

Step 3: dry your laundry without unexpected costs

Dry laundry

With a dryer subscription, you can dry without unexpected costs. Did the machine break unexpectedly? Send an email to abonnementen@coolblue.nl. We'll fix the dryer or exchange it within 48 hours for free. The subscription is fixed for at least one year. After this, you can cancel the subscription monthly. The dryer remains property of Coolblue. To buy the dryer after 12 months, you can contact our customer service. You can do so by sending an email to abonnementen@coolblue.nl or by calling 010 - 798 89 99. They'll offer you a non-binding purchasing option.
