How do you connect your Logitech G racing wheel to your console?

Can't you wait to race on the tracks with your new racing wheel? We're happy to help you get started as soon as possible with a Logitech G racing wheel. Go through the following steps to connect your racing wheel to your console.

Step 1: connect all the cables
Before you use the racing wheel, you should connect all the cables the right way. Go through the steps below to connect your racing wheel as easily as possible.
- Connect the USB cable of your racing wheel to a USB-C port of your console. You can do this on the front of back.
- Connect the cable of the racing pedals to your racing wheel.
- Plug the adapter into your racing wheel and plug the connector into the nearest socket.
When all cables have been connected, the racing wheel will automatically calibrate with the console.
Step 2: secure the racing wheel
Every Logitech G racing wheels has a clamp system. With this system, you can clamp the racing wheel onto your desk or table. Unscrew the clamps by turning the round knobs on top of the racing wheel counter-clockwise. When the racing wheel is placed in the desired spot, you can screw the knobs tightly again until they can't turn any further.
Step 3: connect to your console
You're almost done. You just have to connect the racing wheel to your console. Press the PlayStation or Xbox button in the middle of your racing wheel. That's how you connect it to your console. On your screen, a window appears in which you can log in to your account. With your racing wheel, select the account you're playing with. Your racing wheel has now been connected and you can get started. Did you do all of this, but doesn't the racing wheel respond to your actions? Power cycle the racing wheel to make it work.
Connection problem with the PlayStation 4
If you've connected the racing wheel to your PlayStation but it doesn't respond to your actions, you can power cycle the racing wheel. You can navigate through the menu of a game, but you can't make steer. Go through the following steps to make the racing wheel work. Connect your racing wheel to your console first.
- Unplug the USB cable of the racing wheel from your console.
- Unplug the connector of the racing wheel from the socket.
- Unplug all cables from the racing wheel.
- Wait for about 30 seconds and reconnect all the cables. Make sure the USB cable is the last cable you plug into the console.
Still can't steer? You can power cycle the racing wheel another way.
- Unplug the USB cable from your console.
- Set the switch-button on the racing wheel to PS3 mode.
- Plug the USB cable back into your console.
- After the racing wheel has been calibrated, you should set the switch to PS4 and press the PlayStation button. The racing wheel should now work.
